Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: February 10, 2026

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Ronavio website.

We offer a 15-day return and refund period starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, personal grooming products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Return requests submitted more than 15 days after the purchase date will not be accepted. Products that show signs of misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.

To request a return, you must contact us at nachogoncalvesdias2006@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Ronavio also provides a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical or electrical failures that occur under normal, intended use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear. If a warranty claim is approved, Ronavio will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state within the United States.
